The post-fermentation undergone by this shou pu-erh (‘’cooked’’), cultivated in the Yunnan province (China), gives it a taste of humid earth and a surprising note of raw wheat. BREWING GUIDE:
TEAPOT METHOD
- Quantity: 2 Teaspoon / 8 oz
- Rinse Leaves:
- Pour water, at recommended temperature for the infusion, on to the leaves.
- Allow leaves to soak for 5 to 10 seconds.
- Strain off the rinse water and begin your infusion.
- Brewing Temperature: 95 °C / 203 °F
- Infusion length: 4-5 min
