ORGANIC SHIZUOKA PREMIUM MATCHA

This organic Matcha green tea from a spring harvest comes from Shizuoka, ground tencha powder with a rich history in Japanese tea ceremonies, finds its essence in our Organic Ceremonial Matcha. It is meticulously crafted from the youngest, organic tea leaves nurtured in the shade.

TRADIIONAL MATCHA BOWL METHOD

• Pass the desired quantity of Matcha through a specialized Matcha sifter
• Heat the chawan (bowl) with hot water.
• Dispose of this water and use a clean cloth to wipe the bowl.
• Adjust the amount based on your preferred intensity by measuring between 1 gram and 2 grams (approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of sifted Matcha into the center of the bowl.
• Carefully pour between 2 oz and 3.5 oz of water at 167°C onto the tea.
• Vigorously whisk using a Chasen (Matcha whisk) for about 30 seconds until a uniform foam forms, and enjoy it!
